Hypnotherapy

There are two general types of hypnosis sessions.  In the first, we identify your goals to create a personalized session that addresses your specific issues.  Then, in a hypnotic state, you listen to and visualize positive reinforcement for your new behavioral patterns. 

This method is helpful with motivation, reducing stress, improving performance, and breaking habits such as smoking, substance abuse, or eating disorders. 

In the second type of hypnosis, the client is more interactive and responds to questions.  Here, we address the subconscious to search out causes of psychological barriers and unproductive patterns. 

You can relive events, reclaim power and gain new perspectives.  These sessions work well with behavioral problems, relationship issues, and memory retrieval.
